My husband and I are looking for a quick vacation.?

Our travel agent suggested something called the Apples Square Deal. What happens is that Apple Vacation chooses the hotel but it is gaureenteed a 5 or 6 apple hotel at a lower rate. We are looking at the Riveria Maya Mexico area. Has anyone ever done this square deal before? Does it work out well or should we pass?
