I have apple desktop pc...after vacation i just power on my pc and i listen siren.. and my pc is not running..?

so pls give me help to run proparly my apple desktop pc..

1. mostly u hear siren when some of its devices are not connected properly mostly RAM ... Unplug your ram and connect it again ... enjoy ...................
2. Start the computer with a Recovery/Install disc, be sure to hold down the C key while starting. Follow the directions.
