What type of compensation/upgrades can I expect from Apple vacations? I recently booked a trip for my family through Apple Vacations. We booked five people and three room. When booking, the flights were listed as "nonstop." Upon inspecting our confirmation emails, I noticed our return flight in fact has one stop. I'm agitated that we will have this stop on our return flight and am planning on calling Apple to complain. What type of compensation can I expect for what I deem false advertising of the return flight? Is a room upgrade out of reach? thanks.

Is Apple Vacations the only company out there? Last October we went to Mexico using Apple Vacations and it was great and all but this year we want to go to Jamaica and I wanted to look at different prices but I liked that Apple planned it all and took care of the hotel transfer and all. My parents need help with a apple vacations package they booked yesterday to Punta Cana, Need answers! PLZ? My parents booked a package to Punta Cana yesterday through Apple Vacations. They are leaving on the 12th of March, and coming back on the 17th of March. After further review they don't want to stay in the hotel that they signed for the contract due to bad reviews (Bavaro Princess), and they want to change hotels. I would assume there is a fee, but the business is closed today. Please let me know if this is possible, and also what the fees are, and if you have any suggestions of where to stay in Punta Cana.

Planning a vacation through Apple Vacations - is this the best? I'm planning a vacation to Maui, most likely going through Apple Vacations. I'll be staying at the Aston Ka'anapali Shores. Is Apple Vacations the best way to get flight/hotel/rental car in one place for a great price? Is there any benefit to having the travel agent book through Apple Vacations, rather than just going online and doing it myself? (I checked her rates against the rates I look up myself on the website and they are exactly the same plus the $50 she charges for her service). (not Orbitz or Hotwire) No, I won't have to look for those things, because Apple vacations is a package vacation deal, it's what she uses as well. Like I explained, her price quotes are exactly the same (plus $50 for her service) as the Apple Vacations website. The site gives the hotel, flight, and rental car.

What things should i take on vacation to Apple River (Somerset, WI)? I leave wednesday morning for Apple River in Somerset Wisconsin. We will be camping for 4 nights, during the days we will be tubing down the river. It's pretty much just a drunk fest. Anyone know how to make Apple Barn's Apple Cobbler? Apple Barn is in Sevierville (near Pigeon Forge, TN). I was recently there on vacation. I tried their Apple Cobbler and was totally blown away by it. It's kind of a cross between an apple cobbler and an apple crumble. The pastry/crumble had a very strong cinnamon taste with a hint of cloves. I've searched the Internet, but can't seem to find a recipe. Anyone know how to make this? Many thanks.

Why buy a vacation package from a "tour operator"? We're looking to take a vacation this October and struggling with all of our options. My husband and I are looking for a quick vacation.? Our travel agent suggested something called the Apples Square Deal. What happens is that Apple Vacation chooses the hotel but it is gaureenteed a 5 or 6 apple hotel at a lower rate. We are looking at the Riveria Maya Mexico area. Do you have to use the Apple USB to charge iPod? I'm on vacation and I forgot to bring it, but my cousin has a Sansa mp3 playe charger that fits in my iPod, but it won't show any signs of working after five minutes. I don't know whether this is because my iPod's battery is 0 and it takes time; or if there's something wrong with it. I just got back from Greece - Rhodes and am looking for a good cookbook. Any suggestions? We had dishes like Buiguirdi, meatballs with pine nuts, pastry cases with beef and mint, stifado, spanakopita but other dishes which denote the diversity of Rhodes history. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Shrimp, Mussels saganaki, greek garlic bread, the different types of cheese and walnut cake and apple pie(the greek way). I learned the wonderful things that can be done with honey and using oil. Its the first vacation where I ate everything I wanted and didn't get sick or feel uncomfortable. I would be grateful for any suggestions and names of authors. Oh and if any has the name of some current greek music groups I would be really grateful.

Do you know what specialty stores carry drinkhint water? Drinkhint is the product and the flavors are cucumber, pear, apple, etc. It is the most naturally flavored water ever! I found this water while out of town on vacation, at a store that I don't have in my area. Drinkhint's web site doesn't say which stores carry it, although you can email them.
